Land Only Loans
Would you like to buy the land now and build in the future? We have some lenders who still have land loans. Generally, land loans are easier to complete if they are done as part of a ‘construction’ loan. However we have sources for land only loans. We also have sources for refinancing land loans.

Owner Builder construction Loans
Owner Builder programs are designed for you to act as your own General Contractor. While most of these programs have disappeared from the market we still have programs that will do Owner Builder Loans.
Remodel or Home Addition Loans
Maybe you love your neighborhood and home and would prefer to remodel or add on but are not sure if you have enough equity; We have programs specifically designed for remodel & additions. Guidelines are similar to that of the Construction-to-Permanent loan parameters. We also have sources who supply government 203K loans.
